Ownership...
The purchaser will have the title deed of the apartment registered in their name with the Land Office and will then receive an official address. The purchaser will receive, upon completion, registered shares in JL Kathu Palms Co. Ltd. as company structure dictates.
The purchaser will lease the land upon which the apartment stands for a period of thirty years. This lease will be renewed upon vote of the company shareholders. Upon renewal, all official taxes, fees and costs will be borne by the apartment owner. |
