• Ensuring external television and internet connections are maintained in good working order. |
• Maintaining a good, safe water supply. |

• Provision of security services. |
• Provision of staff in the office as deemed necessary. |
• Payment of general building insurance (apartment interiors and contents are the owners responsibility) |
| • Provision and supervision of a depreciation/emergency fund. |
| • Payment of any taxes due. |
| • Annual servicing of air conditioner units. |
| • Provision for regular treatments from a pesticide company, as deemed necessary. |
| • Maintenance of office, managers dwelling, security hut and perimeter fencing. |
| • Service of the sewage disposal unit. |
| • The manager will report monthly, including a financial statement, to the elected owners committee, and as such will be under the direct supervision of the owners. |
